I used it twice, and it worked both times. What more can I say? It did what I was expecting it to do. Where's my twenty-five cents?

I purchased this product after reading the reviews in Amazon, I live in Argentina so I had to trust in this.

When I connected the product (MS300) to my Suzuki Grand Vitara it reads the codes, everything apparently perfect, until you need to clear the codes. IT DOESN'T CLEAR THE CODES!!! You follow the procedure and although the display says it was ok, the check engine light is still on and the codes there (of course, the codes are simple errors I knew before).

I sent mails to the support mail provided by the manufacturer, of course, nothing, no response, no answer.

I feel cheeted, very disapponted. I wasted the money.

Just got this item yesterday, and it worked perfect! I had my check engine light on for a week on my 2006 Toyota Avalon and this little PC turned it off. Not only that, it gave my car extra horsepower. All the ladies going down Waikiki were like "daaayuuumm." It made my car rawr.

This turned out to be a waste of time and money for me. Following the directions in the manual and corrections in one of the other reviews here, the unit fails to even power up on my 2001 Ford Sport Trac. The issue appears to be that the unit needs to draw its power from the data port and the fine folks at ford simple don't provide power. So, unless you know that your dataport provides the requisite power, I wouldn't risk purchasing this product.
